A few years back when Richard Linklater decided to adapt Eric Schlosser's non-fiction book Fast Food Nation for the big screen, I found it strange that it wasn't done as a documentary. Now it seems that we're getting an equivalent doc anyway, courtesy of director Robert Kenner. Food, Inc. is an investigation into the American food industry and the corporations who control it. How can the government allow them to put profits ahead of public health?
