Remember, waaaayyyy back, when we reported about the music doc Scott Walker 30th Century Man? When we posted the trailer and what not? Well it turns out the film was SUPPOSED to be released through Plexifilm. As it turns out, that is no longer the case. Not sure what happened there, but the good news is the film has been quickly scooped up by Adam Yauch’s Oscilliscope Pictures. I LOOOVVEEEE Oscilliscope. They’ve got their ear to the ground and its certainly paying off (Dear Zachary). Not to mention their DVD releases are pretty awesome. (Check out the Blu Ray release of Gunnin’ For That #1 Spot. Awesome.) According to the film’s official website, they’ll get a short theatrical run in the US and the film will hit DVD this summer. There you go. Until then, re-check out the trailer below.

This film came out a while back in the UK, both in the cinema and DVD (so you guys can import it already), and it’s fantastic. Walker is an inspiration…still looking to expand his craft at his advanced age. Worth seeing in a cinema actually, just to hear “Cossacks are” booming through the big speakers.
