  AJ Schnack has just posted the brand new trailer for the upcoming theatrical release of his much talked about and much anticipated film 'Kurt Cobain: About a Son'. What interests me is the film's somewhat unconventional approach; post-mortem narration by Cobain, made up of a series of recorded interviews, playing over a series of landscapes of considerable geographical relevance to his life. Sort of reminiscent of Robinson Devor's amazing film Zoo. Check out the trailer below and share your thoughts in the comments section. Related Link: All These Wonderful Things

  Well I just watched the trailer for Tony Kaye's (American History X) much anticipated documentary 'Lake of Fire', and I must say I'm pretty blown away. The project has been in the works for the last 18 years, and it definitely shows. The film looks to be beautifully shot and powerfully constructed, and is sure to cause some heavy discussion. Originally I'd been a little concerned by Kaye's heavy hand, as demonstrated in American History X. For me the film almost enters 'After School Special' territory with its melodramatic presentation.
