Here’s an interesting video I came across on YouTube today. I guess David Lynch was a guest on a Dutch tv show called ‘Wereldgasten’ and the conversation took a turn towards conspiracy theories:
“Dec 6, 2006 – Film director and cult icon David Lynch has gone public with concerns he has over the official government story of the September 11 2001 terror attacks. Lynch has stated that he is disturbed by unanswered questions concerning the Pentagon attack, the collapse of the buildings in New York and the strange ending of flight 93 in Pennsylvania.
Appearing on Dutch Television on VPRO’s Wereldgasten, on December 3rd, Lynch discussed and played clips from Dylan Avery’s groundbreaking 9/11 documentary Loose Change.”
It’s pretty crazy that this internet video/documentary has passed through so many people. It can really make an aspiring filmmaker delusional in regards to the ease of finding an audience for your films. Anyways, check out the video below and marvel at the wonderous hair of Lynch. You can check out the rest of the interview here.

I always thought David Lynch was a phony.
His dated ’80′s haircut isn’t as senile as
his films. All those meaningless dramatic
excesses posing as film entertainment.
Just an endless series of poses
for bucks.
Vogue. vogue, vogue!!
I’ve only seen Blue Velvet and Dune. I have to say Dennis Hopper was pretty good film entertainment in Blue Velvet, and Sting turned in a classic performance in Dune.
He seems like a reasonable enough guy, a little cooked up but that’s to expect. Awesome haircut I will agree with that.
What the fuck is up with those insanely long clips from Loose Change though? They’re longer than the discussion about them! I felt the same way watching the debate videos, the clips are so tediously long that you lose interest. Loose Change is many things but one thing it is not is All Killer No Filler!
I just hate the music and the matter-of-fact narration. It just seems so insincere. Like a marketing campaign that ‘talks’ to teens using hip music or something.
i think he has shown some balls.. good on him, freedom of speech and all..
