  An upcoming documentary by a pair of French journalists is bound to turn some heads when it airs early next year. Bin Laden: The Failings of a Manhunt questions the commitment of the U.S. government to finding and eliminating Osama Bin Laden while troops were in Afghanistan. According to directors Emmanuel Razavi and Eric de Lavarene, an anonymous French soldier claims that a snipers had Bin Laden in their sights on two separate occasions but were never given an order to shoot.   Newmarket Films has just released a trailer for the acclaimed documentary God Grew Tired Of Us, which won both the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival. The movie is an uplifting story about 3 boys who hiked barefoot across the sub-Saharan desert to escape the civil war in Sudan. They reached a UN refugee camp in Kenya and were relocated (along with 3800 others) to the United States where they were given three months to learn how to integrate into the Western world.   Like all political documentaries that seem to get any attention, Al Gore's An Inconvenient Truth is about to meet its match in the form of a counterpoint documentary called An Inconvenient Truth... or Convenient Fiction?.   In light of my recent review of the amazing DVD collection 'Werner Herzog: DVD Edition - Documentaries and Shorts', i've found one of the many great short films included in this definitive box set posted in its entirety on YouTube.   After catching a short video of world renowned psychic Sylvia Browne making a complete fool of herself on The Montel Williams Show (see the video at the end of this post), i've become really interested in the debunking of self proclaimed psychics and faith healers.
