Well in the WTF? catagory of news, Wednesday night iFilm premiered the trailer for the upcoming film ‘I Trust You To Kill Me’, a rockumentary starring Kiefer Sutherland! I know what you’re thinking, ‘Not another star trying to make it in the music biz!’. Well it’s not what you think. Apparenty Keifer has found the time to be a rock band manager! That’s right! Oh man. Don’t take my word for it, here’s what the press release had to say:
“I Trust You To Kill Me’ follows Kiefer Sutherland, taking his indie record label act, Rocco DeLuca & the Burden on their first international tour through London, Dublin, Reykjavic and Berlin. Directed by Manu Boyer, the rockumentary chronicals a highly personal journey of a rock band & their less than qualified road manager (Sutherland).”
I just checked out the trailer and i must say I have no idea what this film has to offer. The band seems uninteresting, the music is pretty bad, and…it’s Keifer Sutherland! There are way too many amazing rockumentaries out there to even give this the time of day. If I wanted rock and roll and Keifer Sutherland, i’d watch Young Guns 2. Thanks to Leigh at I Spit On Your Movie for the heads up on this one.
