Please Let it be known that I am outraged over this film as an American citizen. I know from dealing with our own government as a little guy, the cruel reality of our American ideals. We live like kings in most cases, amongst our society. We forget or do not even care to respect other nation’s cultures. We live in such fear that other’s may change our mind or our spiritual thought process, that we will create a hatred for a nation. We do not want to look to ourselves to be responsible for the crisis in which we are involved in today, yet in our political world we are the most “involved” and “influential” abroad. What is the saying “if you live by the sword, you will die by the sword”. Is this simple statement to difficult for our government to understand. Being an American today does not carry our ideals it was meant to. We have become to comfortable in our own lifestyles to understand others. If we were in a deep war and it was non nuclear, we would look to our neighbors for support to survive and we would become attached to them. Not, complaining about there leaves blowing into our yard, or how about the asshole that pulled out in front of you on the road today. See, we can not tackle the world’s problems until we change ourselves. I honestly believe that if you call yourself an American today you need to be accountable for a lot of shame through our history. Some will say “Oh, what about our soldiers over there fighting for our freedom everyday” and I say “Yes, our soldiers OVER THERE KILLING TEN FOLD AND MORE OF HUMAN’S THAN OUR OWN CASUALTYS. And what does a middle eastern mother feel about her baby dying for something she never raised him to be involved. In fact when you watch “Road To Guantanamo Bay” you can get the feeling of how religious this middle eastern culture is. In fact they may have different ideals than ours, but they more dedicated to a belief in something more than our nation is about Christianity. Today America is about big business and they will not think twice about stepping over the little guy to get what they want. Do not let yourself believe that you are anything more than a pawn on a giant chess board. Even the greatest chess players know that pawns can defeat any competitor if used correctly and they usually win by number’s will NOT apologize in advance
for my comments for if someone is bothered by my statements then they need to look a little bit deeper in there hearts for the truth and if they still do not understand then, they can consider themselves to be part of big business America. And for any soldier reading this I am sorry you are at war for our “GOVERNMENT” and not in our homeland protecting us from possible intruders.
